Man arrested on suspicion of DUI after crashing into police cruiser

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A 54-year-old man with no license was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after he crashed his vehicle into a police cruiser Sunday morning.
The collision happened a little after 5 a.m. on the H-1 westbound Palama on-ramp.
We’re told the officer was using his vehicle to block traffic for a stalled car.
Fortunately, no one was hurt.
